Rented a Yamaha Lexi in Rawai. They delivered it to my villa. The motorbike was clean. Pick up was also smooth. Good experience.

Decent service, minor issue

I rented a Kawasaki Ninja 250cc for a few days in Patong. The booking online was straightforward and the motorbike was delivered to my hotel on time. It ran well, and I appreciated the included helmets. However, one of the helmets had a slightly sticky visor mechanism, which was a bit annoying in traffic. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the return process. Overall, a good experience for the price, but they could check the helmets a bit closer before delivery.
